I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Cookeville, Baxter, Algood, Monterey, Livingston, Sparta, and Gainesborro, Smithville, and Crossville.

Working throughout The Upper Cumberland Area, I belong to three Realtor multiple listing services. This gives information and coverage from Middle Tennessee to Knoxville. Areas including Putnam County, White County, Overton County, Jackson County, Cumberland County, and Dekalb County. The surrounding lakes and rivers are Centerhill Lake, Dale Hollow Lake, The Caney Fork River, and The Cumberland River.

I will seak out the information that is important to you; whether that is our school system, church, library, recreation, doctors and medical facilities, or even how to get to Wal-Mart. I will try to direct you to other families and individuals with the same interests as you and that are able to help you get settled in the community.

It has been my pleasure to introduce many new families to our area; assisting them not just in selecting a "house" but selecting their next home and a community.

Because I believe in the public's right to homeownership and raising the level of service within my profession, I have willing served the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors as: President, Secretary, Treasurer, Director, and President of the Million Dollar Club. Served as Chair and committee member of The By-Laws, Multiple Listing, Finance, Community Involvement, Awards, Technology, Membership, and Education Committees.
