I am a Broker with 18 years of Professional Experience.
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Cookeville, Baxter, Algood, Monterey, Livingston, Sparta, and Gainesborro, The Upper Cumberland Area including Putnam County, White County, Overton County, Jackson County, and Dekalb County. The surrounding lakes and rivers are Centerhill Lake, Dale Hollow Lake, The Caney Fork River, and The Cumberland River. I keep current of all transactions in these areas.

I feel fortunate to live in a beautiful state and local community, both which continue to stay in-tune to the wants and needs of it's people. We moved to Putnam County in 1986 with a teenager in hand. This experience gave me the understanding of what the transition means to each member of the family. As well as the uncertainties of a new community with the tried and true support system left behind.

I can remember telling our Realtor, "If you had dropped me out of the sky, I wouldn't know anymore than I know now about where we are."

I will seak out the information that is important to you; whether that is our school system, church, library, recreation, doctors and medical facilities, or even how to get to Wal-Mart.
